for our customers. We offer consultation, training, installation,
setup and configuration at competitive rates. Our normal business
hours are from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and 8:00
a.m.-12:00 p.m. on Saturday. However, there are always people here
at all hours designing web sites so don't be surprised if we
answer the phone at some bizarre hour. Call (216) 335-9255 and
select option 2 for technical support.
We have an after-hours voicemail/dispatch system that allows you
to leave a message for sales and/or technical support. Select
option 2 for technical support, and then select option 9 and you
will get our emergency dispatch mailbox. Leave all pertinent
information and a technician will be paged. Your call will be
returned within one hour.
